Join artist Sarah Colbourne to rethink and experiment with drawing techniques inspired by the house decoration. Leave with tons of ideas, exercises and a series of innovative drawings that will continue to inspire. Workshops include a short tour of the House. Bring a packed lunch and dress for mess. £35
The Summer Reading Challenge for 4 to 11 year olds takes place in all libraries during the summer holidays. You can sign up at any library, read six books of your choice (printed books, audio books or ebooks) and collect prizes along the way – all for free.
This year’s Summer Reading Challenge is called The Big Friendly Read and celebrates 100 years since the birth of Roald Dahl. It features some of Roald Dahl’s best-loved characters and the amazing artwork of Sir Quentin Blake.

Donkey Rides, Punch and Judy Shows and an end of Pier Show of Humour and Song. For lunch you can enjoy traditional Fish and Chips followed by an Ice Cream. The Pantry Tea Room will also be open throughout the day for cream teas and scrumptious cake!
They will be running their ‘Kids for a Quid’ offer so all children 3 – 15 years will travel at just £1 on all services all day!

Bollywood Dance sessions! This is a fundraiser for the Raystede Animal sanctuary. For £12.00 you can join a session and learn new skills in classic Indian dance and vibrant Bollywood routines, along with an exciting opportunity to perform with props such as traditional sticks, ribbons, saris, and costume. You will also receive authentic Indian face paint.
